Pass Plus
Build on your driving test with extra experience on the roads and in the conditions new drivers find most challenging.
What Is Pass Plus?
Pass Plus is a DVSA-designed practical training course for newly qualified drivers. It helps you gain experience and confidence in situations you may not have covered much during your lessons, such as motorways, rural roads and driving at night.
- Minimum 6 hours of practical training
- Six DVSA modules covered
- No test at the end
- DVSA certificate on completion
- May help reduce your car insurance
You can take Pass Plus at any time after passing your test, but it's most useful within the first year, while you're building your experience as a new driver.
